Withdraw from an online purchase
If you purchased goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to exceptions provided by law. Communicate your decision before this period ends.
Submit a contract withdrawal online
In the contact form, select the subject “Sutarties atsisakymas” (Contract withdrawal). Enter your email address and clearly state that you withdraw from your purchase. Include your order number and product name if known; you do not need to explain why. Save the confirmation email sent by the shop's contact system.
You can also withdraw by emailing uzsakymai@bioeco.lt or sending another clear declaration of withdrawal.
Return address
UAB “Ekonatura”, Didžioji Vandens g. 7, Klaipėda, Lithuania. Do not send returned goods to the company's registered-office address.
Model withdrawal form
I notify you that I withdraw from my purchase contract for [goods / order number]. Ordered on [date]. Received on [date]. Name [name]. Contact email [email]. Date [date].
